All raw timber is processed in our on-site vacuum kiln-dry chambers to achieve a verified moisture content (MC) of 8% to 12%. This prevents splitting, cupping, or warping across varying global climates in North America, Europe, and Oceania.
Each piece is wrapped in multi-layer foam edge guards, corrugated cardboard sheets, silica gel desiccant packs, and secured within reinforced fumigated wooden crates or 5-ply export master cartons for LCL consolidation and FCL shipping.
