Are you the manufacturer or a trading company?

We are the manufacturer. Teratai Furniture is a family furniture manufacturer and exporter in Jepara, Central Java, making furniture since 1995. Our own workshop team is four craftsmen, five finishers and two QC/QA staff, with a sanding team that scales with each order.

Can you make furniture to my drawing or dimensions?

Yes. Send us a sketch, a photo or a full technical drawing with your sizes, and tell us the wood and finish you want. We discuss the details on WhatsApp or email and reply with a written quotation.

What is your minimum order quantity?

Usually one 20ft container, but smaller orders are welcome when the volume (CBM) makes sense to ship. We can load a half container, or ship LCL when you consolidate with your other suppliers.

How long does production take?

About 4–6 weeks of production per 20ft container. The exact lead time depends on the design, the quantity and the finish, and we confirm it in writing in your quotation.

How does payment work?

For multi-container projects, a 30% deposit on the whole project is paid when you order. Each container is then paid in full once you have approved its QC, before we load it. Terms for a single order are set out on your proforma invoice.

Is your timber legal for export?

Yes. Our timber is SVLK certified under Indonesia's legal-timber verification system (Sistem Verifikasi Legalitas Kayu). Tell us your destination country so we can confirm the paperwork your market requires.

Which woods and finishes do you offer?

We build in solid teak and mahogany, with natural, melamine or duco finishes. Every design in our collection can be adapted to your size, wood and finish.

Can I visit the workshop?

Yes, you are welcome. The workshop is at Jl. Raya Soekarno Hatta KM.5 No.95, Jepara 59451, Central Java, and we are open every day from 08:00 to 16:00 WIB. Please message us before you visit so we can set aside time.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We ship from Jepara to buyers around the world and have supplied importers in the United States, New Zealand and Germany for 30 years.

Do you publish a price list?

No. Every order is quoted individually after we have seen your product list or drawing, the quantities and your destination, so the price reflects the exact wood, finish and packing you need.
